Birchwood is a covenant community. To maintain property values, Architectural Control Committee (ACC) guidelines are strictly enforced.
Any exterior modifications must be approved, in writing by the ACC. This includes but is not limited to:
Landscaping
Painting
Roofing
Fences
Mailbox Replacement
Tree Removal
